Its high-tech product formula, high-end product packaging, and pleasant product experience, for those who seek excellence in the consumer to provide a touch of luxury. Due to the worsening situation of COVID-19 all over the world in 2020, L 'Oreal China office tried to encourage their employees to work from home. Therefore, they developed a program to support this action through Wechat. After that, they contacted GMA to increase employees' using awareness of the program.
