How much is the client involved in the process?
GMA has the capacity and experience to handle the whole process, but it is open to client’s participation if necessary. GMA mostly requires initial data from clients: documents required for account and store registration, visual data, proper guidelines and materials on company and products/services.
How to track GMA’s work?
For campaigns, GMA sends full reports at the end of each month and provides regular updates weekly. Clients can follow GMA’s work in real time.
Can GMA be our logistics partner?
Logistics and warehousing within China are handled within our services for marketplaces like TMALL, JD, etc. GMA doesn’t handle logistics from overseas to China but can assist its clients with finding a partner.
Can GMA register our products in China and act as a Responsible Person?
GMA can find and recommend an importer or institution for product registration, which would be/provide an RP.
Is there anything GMA cannot do?
GMA is a Chinese company with a 10-year experience. If it cannot do something, it uses guanxi (or relations – the core of all business in China).
Can GMA work on commission?
No, GMA operates on quarterly performance fees for campaigns or full upfront payments for single services.
